If I deleted a registry that was featured on my Wedding Channel Site...
Will it eventually automatically delete from my wedding website? Or do I have to find a way to erase it? because I can't find a way to erase it! I deleted it off the store's site.

If the store deletes your registry, it should automatically come off of your wedding website. If you just take everything off of your registry, then the actually blank registry still exists. Then it will stay on your website.
When I had my Fortunoffs registry deleted, it came off of my website the next day.

I chose to 'delete the registry' off the Restoration Hardware website, to add the stuff onto my Bloomies one. So since I formally 'deleted' the registry, do you think it'll delete? hope so!
