She's Commack/Dix Hills/Northport. Depends on what map you look at, what zip you enter cause she's on the border. Basically, basic directions is she is on Jericho Turnpike btw Deer Park Ave and where Jericho meets Rte 454.
Best bet is to call her and ask her if she has a certain dress in stock for you to try on. One of her associates might help you, but I've learned to always speak with Phyllis about dress and alteration matters.
