I wrote so many FM's in the last week answering multiple FM's. *MOST* people thanked me, but there were quite a few that just wanted info and never said thanks...
I'm an 'over-thanker' though. I say thank you for everything... i even yell it out when i'm in the car and someone lets me go...
sorry, just needed to get that off my chest

I totally agree with you. I always try say thank you at least 3-4 times and it bothers me when people cant even say it once

I know how you feel...I tend to 'over thank' myself. It's human nature to expect the same in return, or at least the common courtesy.

THANK YOU ! Just wanted to get a general thank you out to all the 08 brides for your contribution to the boards. It is appreciated by all. I always try to say thanks in my personal post when someone responds but all of the postings help. So thanks again!

Re: If I take the time to answer your question(s)
Danielle, I totally know how you feel.
People will FM me asking about Flower Barn or TP prices / packages - those details take a long time to type out!
I can't tell you how many times people haven't even responded back to me. It bothers me too, as I tend to be an 'over-thanker' also.
Oh well, it is what it is though. I just chalk it up to them being rude and move on Some people forget common courtesy when they aren't dealing with people face to face.

Yeah, I do notice that those are the ones that tend not to say thank you...I guess they probably just don't know any better yet....but there are others that should definitely know better

Re: If I take the time to answer your question(s)
OMG...so glad you wrote this...SOMEONE emailed me a few weeks back asking for specifics on how I created my programs for church...I replied quickly with a detailed message...not even a simple thank you!!!!! Very rude...and although it may seem petty, I will NOT respond to anything this person even posts any longer...I just thought it was so rude...very unlike me to get annoyed by something like this, but a little common courtesy goes a long way
