you can get it in any county within the state of NY..I believe..

If I am not mistaken - I believe you can get it anywhere in the state of NY -

oooo good question! This reminds me that I have to get my marriage license! How far in advance do you need to get it?
We live in NJ presently, but will be living in PA at the time of our wedding in NY. We're nuts.

we live in PA and will be living here after the wedding. we're getting ours next friday.

You can get it in any county in NY. We're getting married in Nassau, and just got our license this morning in Manhattan
