If I'm getting married July 27...

What should my RSVP date be and when should I mail out my invites?

I would say at least 2 weeks before you need you final count. Personal opinion

most people say the RSVP should be a month before the big day, and the invitations mailed out 2 months before the wedding...

but I wanted way more wiggle room. We have a lot of out of country guests, and also a lot of guests who travel continuously for business, so after several requests, we sent out the invitations on 2/14 for our wedding.

Our RSVP date was April 7th, wedding is May 12th.

We mailed our invites out on Feb 28th.

my invites are going out this week and my rsvp is april 20th. I dont think Im late-Im perfectly belated.

i asked for my rsvp a the 1st of August with my wedding n the 24th..i figure it will give me time with the last minute people

I'm getting married the day before you, and I wanted plenty of wiggle room to chase people down with so I made it June 15th... hope that's not too early, but this way I can call people if we need to without going crazy

I'm getting married the same day as you and I'm sending them out the first week of May and I want the responses back by June 22 (I think).

I know my rh wants the final count 2 weeks before, so i would say 4 weeks ahead.

My caterer wants the head count 30 days prior! So I am sending them out this week, the rsvp date is May 5th and the wedding is June 9th. I didn't send out save the dates so that is another reason I am doing it so early.

I am doing it at less 6 Weeks before. I don't want everything being done at the last minute. And it will give me a chance to invite someone that I couldn't before.

my wedding is in June....I put RSVP Date for April 17th...mailing invites this weekend....I needed to do that because I have an A and B list...for those that dont respond by the 4/17 date...I will call once and after that........they wont be counted....and better not show up...may sound mean but hey I think its fair
