I really got everything I wanted within reason (what I could afford)

Hang those lights - the ones you see during an Italian street fair - its like round light bulbs on christmas lights - bigger than christmas lights but smaller then regular light bulbs...you know? The Olive Garden actually has them....
That would be my dream for my tent vineyard wedding
i read this and laughed b/c the other night, dh and i were at the olive garden and i commented how nice those lights are and how they'd add an old world touch to someone's backyard! check target at christmas if you are looking for them for yourself.

-do high centerpieces -decorate everything possible with flowers -rent really expensive linens -get a chocolate fountain -Saturday wedding instead of sunday -Have a bigger bridal party -Get a DOC -Get a lighting technician -and sorry but I have to add: Get married at OHEKA!!!
ETA: I would also have someone famous like Mariah Carey or Cher come and sing a little ditty for everyone

Do it at the Hotel Pierre or another 4 seasons hotel.
Have higher end photography
Maybe add video.

There's really nothing I would have done differently except maybe get a band, but all in all I'm very happy with all the decisions we made.

I'd have it on a Saturday instead of a Friday, and I'd extend the honeymoon. Other than that, I have to say, I'm pretty content with what we've managed to do for this wedding.

Nothing! I swear! I'm really happy with everything within my budget. Ok fine, maybe I would like to add to the centerpieces a bit more (We are going with the roses and candles supplied by the florist from the GW Manor-- it is included in the price).. but that's it!! Really!
