I didn't want to spend over 3K. I travel a lot, and always have awesome vacations for cheap 2K or less...so I didn't want to go too crazy.

We are going to Aruba for 2,000. That includes hotel for 7 nights, taxi ride pickup and dropoff in Aruba, and flight.

We will probably bring 500-1000 with us.

Amazing hotels, and amazing deals. They have a lot all inclusive too. We didnt want to do that in Aruba though because we hear the food is amazing!!!

Our budget is 15K.
So far we have booked flights & hotels & spent only $7K so we are happy. Thats for 11 night in Hawaii, 3 different island. (btw our 3 night Hotel in Kauai was 3K alone)

& its worth ever penny.

What we were *told* our budget was by FMIL: $5000

What our budget *actually* was when it came time to pay: $4000

What the total cost was including airfare: $9500

our budget was 4K including everything.

we ended up booking a trip inclusive of all food, drinks, flights and hotel for 3500 and well take about 800 for spending money since that will just be for excursions, shopping, transportation if any. well probally only spend like 300-400

We never set a budget but we spent about 4500 on everything (Sandals resort, 7 nights - including airfare), and then we spent a little less than 500 on excursions and gifts n stuff.

We honestly did not have the funds for a HM so FMIL and her boyfriend paid for our HM. We are now going to Montego Bay, Jamaica. We are very lucky. If it wasn't for them we would not be going on a HM.
