If MIL is wearing a pale yellow dress....

does that mean I can't pick that color for my bridesmaids to wear? Is that not cool?

Do you mean for a dress color?

Your wedding in less then 3 months away. I would say order the dresses soon!!

But I think it's fine to pick that color even if your MIL is wearing it.

I know! I am a terrible bride.... I feel bad for my bridesmaids. They would have all said no if they had known they would be walking down the isle naked!

My mother (and it was an accident) wore a dress that was one shade off from my MOH and a couple shades darker than my BM's, everything was fine.

MIL should have waited for you to pick your BM dresses.

however, ... maybe she got nervous that you would never pick? LOL
