he went to nascar tech in mooresville..its really not that backwards, atleast from what i saw of it (we went to visit last feb)..and its growing pretty rapidly cause of nascar...but i guess he just didnt like the southern living....could be cause he got called a yankee a lot..who knows..

Massachusetts. I went to college up there and I love it. That's also were my FH proposed to me.

I know this isn't a US State but I would go to Victoria, British Columbia in Canada. It is SOOOOO gorgeous! I went there in 2000 and loved it.

my families actually talking about moving to florida after the wedding.. and fh and i would go down there as well because then wed be getting the condo my grandma has down there to live in.. but i personally dont want to go anywhere. all my families here

ugh i lived in FL for almost two years and i HATED it..i mean its nice for vaca and to visit my mom and dad but other than that...the people are so materialistic and full of themselves...i love nc...the people here are NOTICABLY much nicer. and i love the fall so i get a change of season here at least
for right now it would be staying in NC...although i would LOVE to move back to NY its just not affordable for us...you can get a NICE NEW home here for about 200K in a great area.
I am moving to NC in Wilmington once my husband gets back from Iraq. I love it down there! It is sooooo nice and clean! Where in NC do you live?

i go to law school in the midwest and FH and I are deciding whether we will move to NYC or stay here after i graduate.
cost of living is way lower here, but ... it's the midwest
