My sister just bought a whole bedroom set from them and was supposed to be delivered this week. Well, when it didn't show up on the day they went to the store and it was empty... CLEARED OUT!!! After hours of trying to get in touch with someone from corporate - they said that they would refund the money bc they didn't have the furniture anymore!!

something very similar happened to my sister. they ordered a couch, she called b/c they cancelled it before they even knew they were bankrupt - Levitz sent her a refund check and it bounced!! so when she called they were like, um we declared bankruptcy - so now all they can get is a store credit!! she was sooo pissed - i'd be surprised if they actually refund your sister and don't just give her a credit.
