I didn't... I got a really great price but maybe I would if I had a set budget and I really wanted to use the florist but they were over my budget

I did not because I really got a great. I was upfront from the beginning how much I wanted to spend on each centerpiece. So they new what they were working with.

I didn't either...I shopped around at a few places and my florist gave me a great price that worked with my budget...so no negotiating needed

Nope, didn't negotiate but like other brides I set a budget and they are going to work with that! I went way over my budget for the RH so I set budgets with all other vendors!

Not really, they came in below my budget by a couple of hundred dollars. I will need to add centerpieces now though, so I plan on trying to bargain on the additional pieces to keep the original budget intact.

I shopped the first place, fell in love with the flowers, didnt have a budget in mind, but they were CRAZY $$$$$$$, so i shopped another florist and they had a great price, continued to shop, didnt tell Verbena what i had gotten, she got me a FAB Price that beat the lowest one i was quoted for what I wanted and booked her on the spot

A little but I know what flowers cost and I know she wasnt charging me as much as she could have so I didnt want to press my luck

We did. Everyone else on here got prices way cheaper and because we were forced to use the RH florists we didn't have many options. I like the people we ended up booking with, I just had to work around the pricing to get it closer to our budget.

thanks everyone. i think i'll prob just make a courtesy call to the vendors i don't use and go w/ the person whose quote gives me the best value for my budget.
