Read the contract carefully!!!! They will make you pay 75% of your total wedding if you need to cancel and they cannot re-book the date. Even if they do re-book and they re-book for less than your amount, you have to pay the difference. And by the way,it does not matter if you cancel a month before or 8 months before you still have to pay 75%. So,keep this in mind if you are booking a catering hall in Nassau--especially this place. I have been to other places and their cancellation policies are either 30%,50%,or the place will take the loss if you give them more than 6 months notice!!!! Good luck girls!!!

Re: If you are booking at the Sand Castle....
Believe it,they actually turn around and sue brides for the 75% and of course you lose your deposits. Look,I'm not trying to start trouble,if you booked your wedding there, you will NOT be disappointed, they do an amazing job. I just want people to know what they are in for should something bad happen...don't expect them to be sympathetic or understanding....
