do you plan on having a little something after the wedding, maybe at the hotel?? like an after party of some sort? trying to think of ideas??

Yup certainly having an afterparty! We are currently looking at a few hotels to block OOT and our own suites.. they both have bars/pools etc.. So one of them will be the winner... our wedding ends at 5 pm.. so prolly from 6-whenever we'll be there (and if im not totally exhausted maybe go to an old fav bar!!)

Yes, i am thinking of some sort of after party as our reception ends at six. we are thinking of booking a conference room or something in the hotel.... we'll see. i would have loved to go to a favorite bar, but then you have to worry about transporting people after they've been drinking all day!! I am probably going to book my rooms at the Wingate Inn and will see if we can get a room from them or just raid their bar.

we plan on moving the festivities to the OOT guest hotel. (our reception ends at 5 p.m.) we're tossed up between islandia marriott and hilton garden inn by macarthur airport on vets

I just talked to the Hilton garden inn( 139 pp), they have a bar open till 10 pm, the marriott courtyard is 11pm, but till 2am for an addtl 100 bucks. (their room rates were 129 pp )
I dont know about the Marriott in islandia though..

Well some of my guests will be staying at the inn~after the reception we are all going to change and go hang out at Desmonds (a bar within in the) and continue the party there!

We're having an 8 hour affair:
3:00 ceremony 11:00 When everyone heads to the after party, possibly at the hotel hopefully (if we're homeowners like we hope to be) our home

I'm doing the same...Hopefully I'll be able to stay up with everyone after the reception!
