If you are looking for a mortgage broker...
Hey, just wanted to throw out there that my fiance is a mortgage broker. He has helped so many of our friends get into their first homes. He is located in Huntington, but goes as far as Steten Island. Let me know if anyone is interested and I will give you his info. I know its hard to find people you can trust, but we're in the same situation as many of you. Good Luck.
