Some of my BM gowns did not even make it in time for my wedding, when they were promised months earlier. Then they offered to give me a refund on the gowns that didn't make it on time (as they were shipped while I was on my honeymoon). Now they say they wont give me a refund.
I've been in contact with the Better Business Bureau since 1 month before my wedding! So, now I've spent hundreds of dollars on dresses for absolutely no reason! My wedding day was not as picture perfect as it could have been.
I just need hugs. VENT OVER!

Long story, but they didn't match. I've tried keeping my anger in, but just today they told me they wouldn't refund my money.

oh my god, i'm so sorry you had to go through that, but thanks so much for the heads up, i was actually contemplating ordering the bm dresses from them this week!!!! i think i'll stick to the recommendations of you girls and go with phyllis from gownfind!

Definately go somewhere else. I was so happy I found the dresses for that price because the girls couldn't afford them anywhere else. What an idiot I am.
If I only I started chatting here before ordering them and found out about gownfind.
