Hey Girls - posted last night but then i got knocked off.

If I go with SilverFox, I'll probably be using Don. When I originally called, one of the guys told me (after hearing what I wanted) that he would be a good photographer for me.

Then, when I went the other day with FH, John had us take a look at all the books and stack them for the ones we liked. Well, we both picked two books we could agree on...John comes back in and laughs and says, well I guess we found your photographer. It was both full of DON'S pictures. I said, 'This is seriously, the FIRST thing we've agreed on - and it's Don!'

I'm going to go meet him next week and see if his personality matches and more of his work matches what I want.

I heard Don takes the most pics out of everyone and takes four cameras with him.

What I want is someone who will be able to take all the photojournalism that I want with me...and then when FH comes into the picture, take the standard shots that he wants.

We are going to see them on Saturday...I have heard they are outstanding...I was crying when I watched the clips of video online!

A friend of my friends Fiance used them and my friend said their video was absolutely excellent!

Well, I found a video guy for 1250. But their 1700 for basic and 2200 is good in comparison to all the rest.

However, in terms of quality, the demo they gave me to take home was amazing. Plus they have a slideshow on there that is great.

The Photography price is great. I think if we go with them, we will be doing just the basic 1400 dollar one. And then decide next year if we want a book.

I have to call them to make another appt. They didn't tell us who they thought a good photographer for us would be, when we made the pile of books we liked, John said that it was totally random, we had picked albums from all different people. I'd like to meet who the photographer is going to be before we give them money. We are going to go with them though.. We're going to get the photog, the photojournalist, and the second video package. I feel they give you a lot for the money. For the same price, Patken was going to give us one photographer who would do both traditional and photojournalistic. I like that we would have 2 photographers with silverfox, each specializing in a type of photographer. And like you've all said, I think the video was breathtaking~

We used Franco for photojournlistic...he had a great eye and we loved his pictures. We used Frank for the formals..his pics were nice, but he missed a few shots we felt were very important like DH signing the ketubah for instance and the cake cutting was taken from behind the cake, so you couldn't see that we were cutting it. If you look on my photoalbum here, you can see the photojournalistic pics...most are Franco's a few are nonprofessional...you can tell the difference.
