Danigirl hit the nail right on the head.

I said I was going to take mine off and then the day came and I LOVED the way my crown and veil looked. I figured this is the only day in my life where I will be able to wear this and I wanted to keep it on as long as possible. I did not take it off until hubby and I got to our room.

I am not wearing it on the toip of my head, but I will be wearing mine all too day, I love it, and can't see wanting to take it off.

Im wearing my veil on top, and will leave it on until I get really sweaty and want it off, then Ill just have the tiara on. Thats the one thing my isster told me to be sure to do is make sure you can take your veil off if you want too..she left hers on all night but was very unclomfortable, but if she took it off, she had nothing..so she warns me.

no way! besides, I'm only getting a cathedral veil so it would be very uncomfortable for me to deal with that all day.

I will wear my veil on top of my head for the full effect for the ceremony (2 tiers with a blusher that will then make 3 tiers). For the reception, I will move the comb (and take off the detatchable tier) to the back of my head under my hair.

I wanted the best of both worlds and my lovely friend (Vassa- that made my veil/headpiece) made that possible for me

Absolutely! I am going to wear it all day. I am sure I will want to rip it off , but I will keep it on all day, and then as soon as I get to take it off I will. It will be the only day I can wear it and not look ridiculous wearing it.
