If you attended or are attending your CH, when did you bustle your dress?

I was thinking I would do it after the first dance, but then I realized we will be at the CH and it will be annoying to walk around with it not bustled the whole time...what is everyone else planning on doing??

After the ceremony b4 the CH...it's completely up to you though...however I should tell you it's hard to move around with the train and ppl crowd around you and I was scared that someone might step on it. JMO

my dress was bustled after the ceremony

in the bridal suite at cocktail hour-took maybe 5 minutes not even

After the toasts, but I wish I had done it earlier.

I bustled it before we went to the CH, but I wish I had remembered to let it down for the first dance and then rebustled it because the pictures of our first dance would've come out better.

Since our ceremony is at our RH, we are doing pics before the ceremony instead of rushing to do them during the CH. So after the ceremony, FH and I will have a little alone time together and then go to the end of our CH. I dont have a bustle, but a removeable train, so I plan on taking it off right before going into the CH, so no one steps on it and I'm comfy.

I didn't even really go to the CH, just mingled a little bit at the entry but I bustled as soon as we =got to the RH....to be honest, the whole train thing was annoying me so I wanted it bustled ASAP....

I bustled mine in the bridal suite when we arrived at the RH, then walked out for the CH. It was bustled for my 1st dance, but when we escaped for about 10-15 min to grab some photos on the golf course, my Matre-D undid my bustle, so I could have my train spread out for the formal photos and then they bustled it back up after the photos were done.

When my seamstress told me it would be easy to do, I got so excited. The idea of having to carry around that big bustle all night and sit on it was just not exciting to me. And when I tried a dress on that had a bustle, I wasnt that crazy about the way it looked. I love that I will have a long beautiful train for my pics and ceremony, and then be able to drop 20 lbs in 2 seconds so I can dance and be comfy.

I bustled my dress before the first dance. I carried my train in my arms with a loop around the cocktail hour.
