are you putting th ehotel inserts in with your wedding invitations? We blocked off rooms at 3 hotels (varying prices) and I was thinking of just putting one insert with the contact info for each instead of 3 inserts. What did you all do?
We only blocked at one hotel so we just had one insert. However, if my situation was like yours, I would print up one information card - maybe if you could do it in columns/sections of 3. The card can be a larger size than your other inserts...
I'm putting mine in with our Save the Dates but I have also recieved them with the invitation. I only plan on sending them to people who are coming from a distance - mostly WI, IL, PA but even for NJ & northern NY. The last invite I got with a card was really nice. The bride bought linen card stock the same color as her invite & printed it on there.
Since I didnt send out formal STDS we create and 'OOT Guest Flyer' with all hotel info, transpotation and things to do. I will stuff those in all of the OOT invites.

I got those avery business card sheets and put all the info on them and stuck them in the invites. I dressed it up with a little watermark too, so it didn't look so boring.
we will put an insert in each invitation envelope...

We put it on our website and put the website on the STDs. But we'll probably do an insert for the invitations as well. I only have 1 hotel blocked but if I had three, I'd still do one insert.
I sent a separate mailing to everyone with directions and hotel information. I just didn't want to clutter up my invitations...
We sent our information out with our STD cards. But also plan on adding it to our direction cards that will go in the invite.
