IF you Blocked Rooms @ the HI Westbury ....

I was reading my contract and there is a 5 week cancellation policy for room blocks...


This may be dumb but um er rah, 5 weeks before when?

The Wedding date ( 9/5) ???
The room cut off date ( 7/31) ???

5 weeks prior to 9/5 IS August 1st.

I called and asked the front desk guy and he told me it was 5 weeks prior to the 7/31 date but how can that be?


I want to be clear on this and the Manager has yet to get back to me......anyone know?
