Can you tell me who was your seamstress and about your experience. I bought my gown there and had really good customer service that day. I felt really special! BUT- I have heard some issues that people have had with the alterations...SoOOO can you tell me who you used and how it was?

Mine was Elizabeth. She is wonderful. She did an amazing job on my bustle. I had my try on on friday and everything was perfect!!

I know there have been some negative posts about Adriennes. But in my opinion I have had nothing but great experiences with them. My seamstress is absolutely amazing. (I forget her name-so rude?) Anyway, the entire back of my dress was changed and it looks absolutely amazing. I have had three fittings already and I have my final one coming up. They want you to look beautiful and will do anything they have to to make sure you are happy.
Unfortunetly, I have not had the same experiences when dealing with their maids cottege. I had a few issues with them and my BM dresses

good to know! If you can find out the seamtress's name that would be great!
I heard about the maids cottage so we went elsewhere even though the dress would have been a bit cheaper... it wasnt worth it!
