I would want everyone to become charitable towards humankind as a whole, world wide empathy.

Serious answer: for my family to always be happy and healthy.

Non-Serious: to be able to eat all my favorite things whenever I wanted, without getting fat or having my arteries turn to cement.

If I could have one thing it would be the ability to ensure that DH and our families would remain happy for the rest of their lives.
