If you could choose one person to be at your wedding (from 08)

who would it be?

for me, it would be my dad's dad and FH's dad's dad. my grandfather died when i was 7 but i heard that i was the favorite grandchild and i never got to meet FH's grandfather, but i would have loved to - he looks just like FH and his dad in pics!

My Grandpa. Passed away 20 years ago but I still miss him. And my Aunt. She is still with us but doing Kemo therapy and is too sick to go.

My father. He passed away 20 years ago, when I was just about 7 years old.
I know he'll have a front row seat up above, but I wish more than anything he was here for this day.

My Grandfather who passed away on July 4th last year. Also DH's Mother who passed away 2 months after we started dating (6 years ago). I only met her once for a few minutes. She had cancer & when i met her it had already taken a toll on her body. I think we would have gotten along great if she was still here.

For me it would have to be my mom & dad. I miss them so much and wish that they were here for my day, but I know that they will be smiling down on me as I am getting married.

My Grandpa--- He passed away 3 years ago and he was always going to be the one to walk me down the aisle instead of my Dad because my Dad left my Mom when I was only 3 weeks old. I know he will be watching over me though that day.

My Dad-miss him so much!! And FH's Dad-I know he misses him terribly and I wish I could have met him.

Honestly, I would really love it if my Brother would show up. I haven't spoken to him in 6 yrs and it breaks my heart that he won't be there.

Well I would have to have chosen 2 people one would have been my grandfather (dad's dad) who passed away a number of years ago. He raised me as both my parents worked so I got to spend so much time with him that he was like a second dad to me. And the other would have been my DH's grandmother who is still living. She's 90 and moved to AZ in February and couldn't make the trip back. We love her very much and missed not having her be there on our wedding day!

My grandma, she passed away about 4 years ago.. and FH's best friend who just recently passed.

My first thought was Dave Matthews... but then when I read all the others I would have like my Nanny and Poppy to be there... however I am sure they will be in spirit.
