Re: If you could Re-register.......
I just want to say that you can always change your registry and add to it.
Nothing is set in stone-- don't put too much pressure on youself to get it perfect.
My only bit of advice- don't 'over register'.. you know, registering for things just to see if people will actually buy them, or just cause they are 'free'. Also, use the lists that they provide- you can download from Fortunoff, Weddingchannel, etc.

Re: If you could Re-register.......
I would've registered for my honeymoon. While doing research and booking it, my travel agent informed us about honeymoon registries. The family calls him and says i want to pay$$$ towards so and so's honeymoon. I thought that was so cool had I known before the e-party thats what we would've done

I couldnt agree more with randella, do not over register! Make sure you pick essentials that cover all price ranges.
You'd be surprised. Although most give money for the actual wedding they also like to walk in with a gift in hand. So make sure your prices range from at least $5 and up.
Always keep in mind if your taste changes, you have the option of contastantly updating your registry. And they make it especially easy now with web access!

Re: If you could Re-register.......
We have added and deleted a bunch but my favorite gift so far is the wok we got from Fortunoff. It is the only gift we use (we do not live together so I do not want our gifts used until it is 'our' place) but we decided to use the wok. We LOVE it! It is fast and makes wonderful, diverse dishes. I think every registry needs one!

Re: If you could Re-register.......
I agree with the over registering ... first and foremost register for things that you NEED and then go from there and add a few special things you want.
Looking back at some of the things already purchased off my list, while yes, I like them and want them for 'decoration' or because they are 'nice' - it's not stuff I NEED to live every day ... I'm getting nervous and hope I get all the stuff I need to live.
Just be careful with that - I have a friend who registered for tons of vases/figurine/etc and that's what she mostly got, instead of dinner plates and drinking cups ...
The one thing I LOVE LOVE LOVE is my 2-4 cup farberware perculator. It's the perfect size for me for every day use!
