How did you transport them to the hotel? I have 24 square boxes and I'm not sure what the best way to get them there is... Should I just go to one of those storage places and ask for the largest cardboard box they have?? Thanks!

Can you stack them? I'd just put them in the car, and drop them off at the Hotel - one of the porters should help you.
If you can get a huge box - it would be better, that way everything will be in one place, and the hotel won't 'misplace' one of them.

I put mine in cardboard boxes, although they are very bulky and you can't fit many in each box. Make sure you have a big space in a car, maybe one that has seats that go down, because if you stack them, they get crushed. Good Luck

I got large kinda 'flat' boxes from Costco-- about 5 or 6 gable boxes fit on each box.
