I'm almost 100% not doing the toss but I'm wearing the garter as a special surprise for FH!

Well, Debi wore a garter, but didn't have a toss, nor a bouquet toss; She did an Anniversary Dance. I think Donna plans to have the bouquet toss, but I'm not sure about a garter toss. Mary MOB

Mine was tight. But I have large legs. I have trouble finding boots that fit right. If you have slender legs it should be fine. I admit, I did the toss and it was a lot of fun. But if its not your thing, don't do it. Everyone has their own level of comfort.
