Do they shrink your shirts and jeans? I feel like my jeans get smaller evrytime I get them back. Is it bad if I ask them to hang dry them?

We do, and we have them put everything on hangers that is shrinkable...

ask them to wash your clothing in cold water. But they may dry on high to get clothes done quicker. I don't know about asking for hang dry, they might forget about your pants when they fold the rest of the stuff. Probably best to do by hand in sink and hang dry at your house.
I sometimes have laundry do my wash but I've lost 2 shirts and countless socks that way =(

I have been going to the same place for about 5 years. I always give them a separate bag for the clothes I dont want them to dry and they hang the clothes and give them to me on a hanger when i come and pick them up.
