of having Intermezzo or Salad as a course for your reception, which would you choose?

Do you also have an appetizer? If not, then definitely salad. I've never had intermezzo, and it was an option & it semed weird to me to have sorbet in the middle of a meal, so we opted against it.
I guess it depends on your appetizer & what the intermezzo course would be.

Oh sorry....Intermezzo is a lemon ice and the salad is a Tri-colored salad this course would come after the pasta.
Yes, we also having a appetizer.

I picked intermezzo over salad because I just never eat salad, but then again, most people do.

I think salad...I'm not a lemon person....I find very few people like lemon flavored anything, but I'll guess that the intermezzo is the 'cleanse the palate' before dinner.....

Hmmm, our hall does both, so I'm not sure.
Though, I think that the salad would work for more people. The palate doesn't really need to be 'cleansed' - I'd think that could be accomplished with water.

Intermezzo is to 'cleanse the palate' in between two courses of a meal. I would opt FOR it.
