If you had a choice between

If you had a choice between

5 days in jail or 240 hours of community service - which would you choose?

(inspired by Michelle Rodriguez (LOST) who just had this choice and chose jail)

Re: If you had a choice between

I guess she did the math -
Community service for 8 hours a day for 30 days or 5 days in jail.

Dude, I'd still rather do community service.

but, is she going to be in jail for celebrites or real hardcore jail? Dont get me wrong, I would still rather pick up trash on the side of the road rather than sit in a jail cell...

Re: If you had a choice between

If I could I would do what my freind did when faced with the same amount of Jail time

5 days is really 3 days

they have some rule about what days they can actually release you- so she went in on a friday of a holiday weekend- and since they couldn't let her out on a weekend or on monday- guess what- she went in- got processed - and got relased all in time to go out that night

that's a good Lawyer

240 hours of community service is a lot- but I wouldn't last to long in Jail- the women are the worst- we couldn't even walk past them on the school trip to Jail
