The reason I ask is these are the only time slots open @ Westbury Manor and we love love love the place but don't want the party to start too early or end too late. Feedback is appreciated (as always).

Do the late wedding.....my best friend did a sunday wedding and I took a half day the next day. For those who couldn't they left a little early. Who cares! The one's that care about you will be there and willl stay the whole time. I'm doing a sunday wedding too but I go the sunday b4 memorial day so mostly everyone has off the next day.
i completely agree. The people who love you and want to be there for you will take off the next day if necessary. I say 6:30pm.

I would say go with the 1:00pm and then continue the partying elsewhere afterwards since it will be ending earlish. we are also having a sunday wedding around twilight time...3:30-9pm.
I agree
I agree as well!!

Re: If you had to go to a Sunday Wedding
IDK-if you did the 1pm you know all your guests will stay until the very end; if you did a 6:30-then more than likely people will start to leave around 10'sh before the party even ends...is there a price difference between the 2 times?

Yes there actually is a price difference of about 7 dollars pp...nothing crazy but substantial enough!

Re: If you had to go to a Sunday Wedding
I got married at 6:30 on a Sunday and it was fine. I was worried about people leaving early but noone did and everyone had a great time.

Re: If you had to go to a Sunday Wedding
I am getting married the same day and place as Rita and I took the early slot because I have older people at my wedding that i figured would prefer it (I am older). Also, for out of towners and kids. Those were my reasons..otherwise, we'd do night. we are doing after party with friends.

1 pm is great for a sunday wedding. You still have time to get home and rest for work the next day.

I say 6:30pm, something about the daytime and sunlight that makes me not feel like dancing and partying

Re: If you had to go to a Sunday Wedding
I would do the 1pm which would leave time for an after party. Those who have to go to work the next day can leave at the end of the reception and those who dont care can continue the after party
