Just wondering...that is my favorite part of a shower....getting the bride there and then surprising her

My older sister told me we were going dress shopping for her wedding that day. I ended up driving my whole family since no one wanted to drive. Then I had to drive myself and everyone else home.

I was invited to my cousin's Confirmation party so DH was driving us to the 'party.' I had bought a card, wrote out a check and was even going over all my Aunt's and Uncle's names to help remind DH who they all were. I was clueless.

I just had mine this weekend!! I thought I was going to a surprise b-day party for my great aunt, and like carsbride I even bought a card and wrote out a check. Turns out I was the one who ended up being surprised!!! FH drove, like he always does, and one of my BMs (my cousin) met me at the door to take my coat and the card. Then I walked in and realized that it was really my shower!!

I got an invite to my cousin's baby shower. Went along with it. My mom took me there. 'Suprise' it was my shower. They tried, but really, I'm not good with surprises.

My sister sent me a fake invitation that I was going to my friends mothers surprise 70th birthday. So I was glad because I was all dressed up. The surprise party was really the following weekend. My shower was great. My last present I opened was from my FH. It was this coach bag I wanted. I was so surprised. My sister out did herself at my shower. It was March 5, and everyone is still talking about it. Thanks Sis for the greatest shower ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

mine is this weekend - and obviously it's not a surprise. I'll be driving over with a girlfriend - so I don't have to walk in by myself. I might walk in taking pictures of the crowd, since they'll likely be taking pictures of me!

See, mine is a surprise and it isn't...
I know it's April 30th but I don't know WHERE. I mean, I know it's in Massachusetts, but I don't know exactly where. I wanted that to be a surprise at least. So someone has to drive me because I don't know where I'm going!

I was told it was A suprise for my MOH for her getting her masters degree I was so made bacause we were running late and I was a fraid we were going to get there just as she was and we would ruin her surprise
they got me
for the girls that did not have ther shower yet They did so much hard work Dont try and figure out when your shower is, becasue you will feel soooo bad that they did all that they did to keep it a seacret. Just let it happen

my shower was actully on Saturday!! My Fh told me we were going to a office party, so I got dressed up, then he told me that his dad was having a meeting with a client at the club house at there townhouse complex....sooo in we go! Only to find a bunch of ladies shouting suprise at me!!! :D It was sooo great!

We had plans for lunch there (Minado) as it was a favorite of mine and my two MOHs anyway. I didnt know that they did private parties. Ironically enough, they brought us to the wrong section of the restaurant and they had to do fast thinking to get me to where I was supposed to be while I was in the bathroom. My nieces popped out from behind a chair and they brought me in to see everyone! Remember the cheese!

FH told me we were going out for dinner for FMIL's birthday, but we had to stop at her house first. I brought her a present and everything, thinking it was her birthday celebration I am glad that was the cover, because it forced me to get dressed up and pay attention to my hair and makeup, which I never do.

My FMIL was planning a surprise b-day party for her sister (FH's Aunt) since January @ the Stonebridge Country Club & Golf Course. Thank Goodness, I was all dressed up for my shower!

I was told that I was having lunch w/my BF who came in from Boston and then my sister tagged along, telling me she had a GC for this place....a restaurant. Very Surprised!!!!!!!!!! Both were bummed out...not dressed and planned it all behind my back.
