If you have brothers...where do they go on your wedding day??

If you have brothers...where do they go on your wedding day??

I have 2 brothers who are both in the wedding party....do they go to my house for pics or my FI house for pics. I definetely want pics with them pre-wedding.

What did everyone else do???

Are they in your wedding party?

My brother was, I wanted him to be at my parents house for pictures, but since he was in the wedding - he needed to be where all the guys were, so he wasn't in any before pictures

I'm going to have my bro stay for some family pics & then have him head out. Photog will be there 1 1/2 early or so, so we'll take pics w/ him & then he'll go to where the guys are getting ready. They do most of the guy pics at the church anyway.

I mean I am sure they will want to be as far away from this house as possible on my wedding day...I am sure it will be insane at my house

How far away will FH be from your house, is it something they can pull off before they meet up with your FH? If not, make sure you photographer knows and make sure that they take a bunch of pictures of all of you together. I never did that with my photographer and I don't have that many pictures with my brother (good thing that we had a 'special dance' at my wedding - cause we got a couple of pictures out of that.

My bro is not in the wedding party but he will be included in our ceremony.
He is a musician and will be playing music in the church with his friend.

My brothers will be where my FH is getting ready. . . I was a BM in both of their weddings and I stayed with the bride.

This is what my sister did and what I plan on doing- have my bro and bro-inlaw be at my house for some pics- then head over to meet up with FH.

My older bro is walking me down the aisle, so he will be with me. My younger bro will just show up at the wedding, since he is not part of WP at all. (looooong story)

I can't for the life of me remember where they both were for my sister's wedding. She had them both walk her down the aisle.

Both of my brothers are dropping off either their wives or children who are in the BP at my hotel for pictures and getting ready, so they will see while I'm getting ready, and that's it. Otherwise, they're getting ready with FH at the hall.

One of my brother's is a Jr. GM and the other one is an Usher, both will be staying at my house and riding with the girls in the Limo.

They stayed with me for the pictures at the house(we did the brother pictures first) and then headed over to DH a little before the wedding so they could ride to the church with him. But they were with me for most of the day. THey went to DH a few minutes before the limo came.

ETA: It was really special to have my bros and my sis at the house for the pictures and DH had his other men with him for support and whatnot. My bros got dressed at my house. It was so nice to have my bros see me for the first time in the privacy of our house! It was sweet.

My photographer is coming to the house 2 hours prior to the church. I want my brother & nephew to be at the house to take pictures with me. So we will do those pictures first & then he will head on out to my FH's house.

photographer came to me first, so my brother who was in the party stayed with me too, to take family pics. when the photographer left to see the guys, my brother and his son (also in the party) left at the same time to meet up with the guys. it worked out perfectly!

My brother is standing in for my father as he helps my mom walk me down the aisle. In traditional Jewish weddings, BOTH parents walk the bride AND the groom down. Since Dad just passed, I am not ready to walk without a male representative of my family next to me.
