Also check out the Mansion at the Village Club at Sands Point. The drive up is BEAUTIFUL (but very hard to do at night until you hit the main road). It has a similar set up as deservesky w/more of an outdoor feel. All the dancing is done in covered indoor courtyard. It has a very hacienda type feel to it in that all of the other rooms surround this one courtyard. It's really beautiful.
I worked there this weekend and just wanted to give brides who are looking for halls still a heads up. Although i'm not sure if you need to be a member to use the place.

Nope, I don't believe so. I went to Sands Point Preserve to look and it's further down the street then this place. I believe this is a country club or something.

gotcha.. I didnt think you can have weddings at sands point preserve only able to take pics there i was told.. but that was awhile ago so im sure rules have changed, lol :) thx

FH & I checked it out, but it wasn't big enough to accomodate our party

Their application says you must be sponsored by a member to have an event there. Anyone know if this is true?
Do they have a caterer on site or do you need to bring in your own?
