Did you number them first then match them up to the name on your list before sticking them in the envelopes?
or,
Did you stick them in the envelopes then see what was what number?
Do I make sense?

Re: If you numbered your RSVP's
I numbered mine first and then when stuffing, I wrote the number on the label copy page (I printed the labels on both label paper AND regular paper...this way I could mark off as I labeled each envelope) that matched the person I was sending it to. As I get back RSVP's, I'm going to highlight the label copy page and keep them in number order in a little box. TOO much organization is NEVER enough for me lol HTH

Re: If you numbered your RSVP's
I know what your talking about lol...I used excel to type up my guest list, you know how excel has the numbers on the side, so i will look at the name and the number its next to and write that number on the back of the rsvp

That's what I'll probably do. Did you stuff all the invites and then do the rsvp cards separate?

Re: If you numbered your RSVP's
I wrote out my guest list, then I made my lables in the order of my list, so I numbered my guest list and then on the bottom of each reply card I numbered it to match my list. you know what I am saying.

Re: If you numbered your RSVP's
i kept my list of guests in front of me and followed that order....i numbered the guest list and then followed the same pattern with my rsvp's.....does that make any sense??? I am not sure I am explaining it the way I want to

Re: If you numbered your RSVP's
I had a #'d guest list....had an assembly line, and I was in charge of numbering the RSVP card (according to the # on the list)...my sister found the right label for the person and stuck it on the envelope....my mom gathered the pieces of the invitation, and my dad stuffed. So we #'d the rsvps as we were stuffing.
