How long did it take for you to receive it? I know on their website it says within 24 hours, and that you should receive a confirmation within a few hours, however, i haven't received anything for a couple days (I tried submitting again because I figured it didn't go through, but still nothing). I figure if I still dont' hear anything I'll try calling, but I was just curious. Thanks!!

Usually they are faster than that. I had such a good experience with them. Give them a few more days then call.
I have great luck with internet vendors in general but netbride really exceeded all expectations.

I got a quote within a few hours for my Alfred Angelo BM dresses. When I tried to get a quote for a Jade by Jasmine MOB dress it took a few days for them to get back to me. They don't normally carry that line so I think they were looking into if they can get it.
I got my BM dresses from them though and it was a perfect transaction. My girls paid a lot less and they even shipped one of the dresses to London.

Thanks! Yeah, when I searched them on the boards, they had such good reviews, so I thought if I can save the BM's some $$ I wanted to look into it. I'll give it a few more days and then call. Thanks so much!!

I filled out the form on friday and received it tuesday....i did another one on a monday mornning and got it back that day! I think it depends on the day...

They reply within maximum 24 hours with me. Nora and Laura are usually really good with replying back to me im not sure what the delay is?

I got my BM Dresses from them too i couldnt be anymore happier. The dress was $100 less from netbride than at the bridal store we tried them on at and the whole process was really easy. You cant go wrong with them.

I'm so happy to hear that, that's what I've heard. I want to make it as easy as possible! I'll probably wait a few days before trying to call..I don't want to seem annoying or 'bridezilla-ish'
