IF you wore a COLOR on your nails on your wedding day,
what was it?
I think I'm leaning towards Essie's Swing Velvet.
I think most people wear french or pale pink, but my FH hates french.

Pale pink. It was a Sally Hansen color and lasted well into my honeymoon. I was originally going to get a French manicure done, but the salon (Red Door Salon in Woodbury) screwed it up--cutting my finger and making me bleed twice as well as never getting the white part straight. I ended up making a run to CVS late at night.

Oooooh...I have Swing Velvet on my toes right now! Love it! I had color on my nails but it was really light: Essie's Sugar Daddy.

I'm definitely wearing a darkish brown on my nails that day. I recently went to a wedding and the bride wore a dark purplish on her nails and it looked beautiful.

I wore 'I'm Really Not a Waitress' by OPI.. it was Bright RED!!!!
and PS... it looked HOT!!!!!!

funny, i had my nails done there once too, same thing happened! wonder if it was the same dumb girl..

am i the only one that can't relate the name of nailpolishes to the actual hue/color?
I went for a french yesterday and took it off today because it looked so craptastic.... i think i'll be doing a dark vampy color.

i totally wanted red nails and got a resounding NO from everyone i mentioned this to. taught me to keep my mouth shut :-P i ended up with an essie color and i completely forgot what it was, but it was this really pale, pale lavender-ish color. it went really well with my ivory dress. if i ever get my pro-pics back, i'll post a pic. . .
