my friend who just got married had a diamond white dress, and just got white satin shoes. Looked perfect. i mean, uyou can ask for a peice of the fabric, but its pretty much the same thing.

you can only really tell when they are next to eachother.
the diamond white is just less...stark. its better for very pale skin tones, or if you are having dark rich colors for your bridesmaid dresses.

my friend I mentioned before tried her dress on in white white, and ordered it in diamond white after we held deep purple (her color) up uto the white white. It was just a very stark contrast.

yeah it's just a softer white, but it's still white (unlike ivory or off white).
I think if it's a satin shoe, and the dress is satin it should be fine..
