used the wrong color flowers in your centerpiece sample, would you have them redo it??

When I got to my sample appointment they didn't even have the flowers we discussed at my first appointment... but she ended up making something really nice... & that was the 2nd centerpiece. Just make them do it until they get it right... i'm sure you are paying enough money!

You're paying to get what you want, not what they want. DOnt feel bad to say anything...People make them re-do their samples all the time

Absolutely. If you were a buisness owner and your client asked you to re-do something because it was quite what they envisioned you'd do it right!! You are paying for an artistic service they are providing and sometimes 'practice makes perfect'.

I would definetly have them redo it, especially if a specific flower in a specific flower is in your contract.

I wanna say it depends...
Was the ENTIRE Centerpiece wrong??? Then Yes...
But maybe there was only 1 type of flower that was the wrong color... then no...
Florist need to buy a full carton just to do 1 sample centerpiece is asking a lot... if they maybe substituted the same flower maybe with just a different color just since they had that color in... then I would say no...
