if your lawyer told you that you have 5 days....
that we can move in5 days afte closing which was one may 4th.... would that be the 9th? which is the 6th day..

call the lawyer and ask to confirm. i would assume that the 5th day is the 9th.

I think it would be the 9th, 5 days starting to count the day after the closing
