Who was your baker and were you happy with them? Did they use fondant or buttercream? thanks!!!

I'm using King Kullans. Their cakes are really good and very affordable. I'm having an almond cake, with canoli filling and buttercream. Heres a picture. Its only $200 for a 100 people. But I'm ordering an extra sheet cake because their slices can be small.

We used Cheryl Kleinman in Brooklyn for our cake and it turned out FANTASTIC. Cheryl was wonderful to work with, the cake was exactly what I wanted (that bottom round layer is completely covered with sugared rose petals), and the cake tasted amazing (even the fondant icing!)!
