2 of my friends, the maitre d and the bridal attendant all set them up. I did a sample of how it should look, took a picture and gave it to them. They set it up perfectly!

We were told by East Wind that we would have to put each CP together and put each one in a separate box. Then they will put them on the tables. We are also putting votives around each CP and we have to put however many votives we want on each table in the box with the CP.

I have a day of Coordinator who I am working with that day and so she is setting it up for me!

This was one of the reasons I didn't end up doing my own centerpieces...didn't want to have to ask friends to go to the hall to set them up
