If you're expecting, do expect to get something

for Mother's day from your DH? Even though you aren't technically a Mom yet?

I'm not expecting anything as far as a gift, but I know he got me a card. I was cleaning the dining room table and found the Walgreen's bag.

How sad, I don't remember if my husband got me anything last year for Mother's Day while pregnant, but I do remember my SIL (emilain) getting me real pretty (very very comfortable) Pajamas!!

I don't expect a gift, but I do think a card would nice - or maybe just to be treated a little special that day.

I actually am very nervous because this is my first pregnancy and I am so early (5 weeks) and have not even been to the doctor to confirm, so I asked that people in my family and DH wait until I am past my first trimester to buy me anything.

I was wondering the same thing... When a friend of ours was preggo last mothers day her DH got her a balloon that said mom to be and a card...I thought it was real cute, I think I might be a little upset if I dont get a card...In the same token I feel wierd even expecting a card when im still preggo...

I dunno....

We had talked about it awhile ago and were going to do something small for mothers day and fathers day. After the ups and downs of this pregnancy we both decided to celebrate the day. Even though Kaylee is not due until August she has already made us parents.

I hope I get a card from DH but I don't know if he will. He is more along the lines of we aren't parents until the baby arrives.

I'm hoping to at least get a card. I saw Mommy-to-be cards in Hallmark, but I doubt he'll even think about getting one.

I don't think DH would get me anything, I certainly wouldn't expect a gift....I don't know... even getting a card might be a little weird.

I wasn't expecting to get anything, but that morning, Andrew arrived 3 weeks early That will be the best Mother's Day present ever. How can you top that?
