hey how do you make this exactly?? Is it really good? How many points is it? I vaguely heard about this before and aren't they supposed to be cupcakes heather??

Well, yes they mentioned cupcakes at the meeting, but I thought, why not a bundt?? Clearly, I now know why! I duno, it tasted soda-ish to me. I want a brownie now!

Second, you mix a box of cake mix w/a can of diet soda. I thought the cake tasted like flat soda!

LOL it didnt even stay togehter! It was a big blob of cake on a plate. Even the cats looked at it with disdain.

they make it with diet cherry in the tupperware oval thing. My moms crappy micro doesnt turn and it mummified the cake

i always wanted to make the diet coke cake, at least now i know not to make a bundt cake. i heard some people put egg whites in it to make it stick together better.

I make mine with:
1 box cake mix 1 can diet soda 1/4 cup egg whites
I make them into 2 point cupcakes...soo yummy!

Well, Heather, that looks...interesting...
I make brownies with canned pumpkin instead of eggs and oil, and they're awesome. Even FH eats them, and he's not a big fan of anything 'diet'.
Just add a small can, or half a large can of pumpkin to a box of brownie mix, and follow the baking instructions.
They have a slight pumpkiny taste, but not nearly as much as you'd expect.
