thanks- I have too many , so far all 15 rooms are blocked and more are going to stay so to get baskets may be way too much $$$.

Do you mean in Jumbo Organza bags? Or Paper bags?
www.usbox.com (sells bulk Only) OR www.pouchmart.com
These sites carry them, small or big---but it might not be exactly what you were thinking of

I was able to get clearance bags at Target and also bought bags at Michael's.

We just got plain white ones from Party City. They were running some sale at the time and I think that they were like $1 a piece.
Then we made little paper hangtags in red (our wedding was black, white and red) that said 'Welcome to our wedding' and hung them on the handle with white ribbon.
People really liked them and the little hangtags was a nice touch.

Modern Bride has a little wedding catalog in it this month. I saw cute ones in it, I think they were like $5 each.

No we hung them. Basically I printed on the computer in a nice font in red 'Welcome to Erin and Josh's wedding! Enjoy your stay!'
Then I cut out the words in a rectangular shape. Then I glued the paper with the words to a slightly larger piece of red construction paper.
Then I punched a little hole in one of the top corners of the card and put some white curling ribbon through the hole. Then I tied the whole thing to the handle of the bag.
We made 50 bags, so it took a little while, but it really did look nice when we were done. Plus I figured that this way the hotel could easily find our bags for our guests-because of the tags.
And the handles on the bags made them easier to transport.

Plain white paper mini-shopping bags from Michaels. I then made a large white label using the matching fonts for our programs/table cards/invitations to stick on the front.

You can also buy wedding wrapping paper or wedding cards cheap and cut out the pics or a pattern/shape and glue them to the bags and then hot glue ribbon around the edges for trim..... I do this for christmas with old christmas cards on plain gift bags, it comes out so cute!

I used the country gingham bags and tied raffia ribbon on them.

if you really want baskets....check the local thrift stores or Goodwill, there are always TONS of baskets.
Second, I used regular paper gift bags with handles in white that I got at Walmart. I found a bride and groom stamp that said 'Dum Da-Da-Dum'...colored the raised part and stamped the bags on either side.
