Do you still have rose petals on the aisle runner -- and if so, how?
Also, the aisle runner is just for the bride, right? It's put down after the BP walks down the aisle?

At my cousin's wedding in Ohio, the aisle runner was done before the wedding party went down the aisle. I'm not sure what the 'traditional' way to do it is though. HTH

Yes, I think more often the runner is only for the bride but if you want the petals on it you may have to lay it out before hand and have everyone walk on the petals...I'm pretty sure I've seen pics of it done that way was well.

my aisle runner will be for the whole bridal party.
It will be laid down before the guests get there, with the rose petals on the sides. My florist is tying tulle off at the beginning of the aisle so that the guests don't walk down the middle aisle on the runner or petals.
Then the BP and me and my parents will all walk on the runner. .

I dont have a flower girl...the florists are laying the petals down before the ceremony begins....so my bridal part y and myself will be walking on it.

I didn't have a flower girl because they cancelled one month before my wedding. I had the reception hall put the rose petals on the aisle runner before the ceremony began. So it was there for everyone's walk down the aisle which was no big deal to me.
It was funny though because you can see the rose petals in the pictures when the BM's are walking. When I started walking they all disappeared because my train dragged them down the aisle. LOL

I had a FG but she was only 3 so I didn't have her put the petals down. My ceremony was outside my RH and I had them put down my aisle runner and petals. Then we started the processional and everyone in my BP walked on the aisle runner.
