OMG....he won't let me defriend her because he thinks its going to start MORE drama...ugh.
There were more email exchanges, basically her not acknowledging the fact that her email to me was hateful and cruel...she was 'angry' when she wrote it because I allegedly called her a b!tch on FB (which is earnestly 100% NOT TRUE...she's crazy!). So apparently me calling her a b!tch is justification for her calling me all those crazy things...and how I should stop implying that she should behave better because we're going to be family because 'just because my brother put a ring on your finger does not mean I have familial feelings for you' well...I get that, but you SHOULD be behaving better BECAUSE he put a ring on my finger.
I essentially told her that I'm not apologizing for things I didn't do and until she accepts the apologies I've made and apologizes to me that I see no need for further discussion. I guess she took the hint because I wrote her that on the 10th and I haven't heard from her since.
My mom told my Grandma about everything (including that I should be putting FSIL above my grandparents failing health and push my wedding a year later) and my grandma said 'She should tell her to go fck herself!!'...gotta love my grandma!! If for some reason FSIL ends up at my wedding I am going to be grinning SO much because I KNOW my grandma is going to lay into her like crazy...this woman has gotten in bar fights (like last year lmao) so she's not afraid of some stuck up little brat.

On a serious note, it sounds like things are as civil as they'll get between you and FSIL and that's a good thing.

this makes me mad... I don't like her AT ALL!
I just don't understand why FH won't let you delete her on FB. 100% totally block her, so she can't even see your page exists... post a thing saying 'deleting facebook' then delete her, she won't know you deleted only her.

If you can't delete her, can you put her on limited profile--that way she won't know that you did it, but she doesn't get updates from your or see your status anymore?

I looked into this...as far as I can tell I can only make it so that people who are not my friends can't see any of my info...but I can't tell how to make it so that people who ARE my friends still can't see my whole profile.
Plus I'm not sure how that even prevents drama because if she ever came to my page she'd see that she can't see everything and get all pissy and stuff anyway...
Anyway, I am coping I guess...the new running gag between my mom and I is every time I do something for FSD we talk about how I'm an evil stepmother...like Monday we went and bought her a bunch of shirts and a new coat and some pants (everything she had was too small or like....really wide...it was weird) so of course as I'm putting it away I'm saying to her 'God, I'm such a terrible freakin mother. How DARE I replace the handmedown clothes FMIL got for FSD with brand new ones?? I AM SO EVIL, WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?!'

Haha you didn't see the last email I sent her...I wasn't unnecessarily mean, but I definitely let her know that she's completely wrong on a couple of accounts and if she thinks I haven't been civil with her then she doesn't know shizz because if I hadn't been she'd have found my letters as hateful as I found hers
