i'm a fat azz...

so my nerves are shot and instead of being one of those lucky girls that loses their appetite when they get nervous,,,, I get ravenous!!

I just had a chicken cutlet hero for lunch - who do I think I am?! And have I forgotten that I have a dress to fit into?! and it's too cold to go to the gym to try to work it off...

Oh! I'm so sorry you are feeling icky I know what you mean about the gym..it's too damned cold for that...maybe you could go to the gym tomorrow morning and as for tonight, try eating a healthy salad with lots of veggies or something..And DON'T beat yourself up! Tomorrow is another day and you still have about 5 months to your wedding

Take it 1 day at a time! I've lost 2 measily pounds in 3 weeks!!!! Im soooooo hungry all the time, I can't wait to get married just to EAT normal again!!!! lolol

i dunno.. i think u look great! dont stress so much about weight. just concentrate on being healthy.
I realized that so many girls focus on loosing weight for their wedding day but the wholepoint of loosing weight is to keep it off. Personally i have not changed a thing in my eating habits since i got engaged because i dont want to look at my wedding pics in a year form now and think to myself .. ugh i wish i could still look like that or anythign to that extent.. I was always a pretty healthy eater but i let myself stray at least once a week. I hate depriving myself.
Dont get me wrong.. i would love to loose a few inches around certain areas but i dont really put too much emphasis on it.. i try, if it happens it happens if not.. oh well.. my honey is gonna marry me the way he proposed to me!!

That's nothing... you can only complain if you had a chicken parm then Cold Stone, chocolate bar, milk shake and McDonalds french fries...

I would not sweat it! A girls got to eat right? And there are many fun ways to burn calories.....
