i'm a headcase...

as in sometimes, i think i need to be committed.

to elaborate...i started crying in WW cuz i gained weight... who does that? i feel like an @ss now lol.

do they sell self-esteem on ebay!?

Furthermore, I am CONVINCED that WW rigs the scales...
I have always said that....when I used to go, I was always 1 lb to 1 1/2 lb more at WW. No joke.
Don't beat yourself up over it.

oh Colleen.... ur not a headcase, it gotta be very emotional to gain even a pound after losing so much weight as u did.
dont worry!!!!
I am not on WW but in the last yr I lost 25lbs and I know that I live in constant fear to gain (esp after yesterday's holiday eating), so my point is that I would cry too

IF you haven't always been thin, (like me), It is really hard NOT to constantly worry about weight...I do it too...what I CAN tell you, because I think I am a few years older than you? I have gotten better, so hopefully, it comes with age??
Who am I kidding??? We are women , and emotional headcases by nature, so no worries.
