sooo... I have been somewhat lurking when I get a chance but, haven't posted in a while. My stress leave is out the wazooo however I am proud to say I am officially a home owner as of yesterday. Im so glad I got so maney wedding related stuff done early cause obviously I haven't been in wedding mode through this whole home purchasing process however, I can finally say it is done and although we are the owners of the home, we do not get the key til friday. Apparently, by law, when you move out of state you get an extra 5 days in the house even after closing which is fine. Other than that, I basically have all vendors reserved, my bridesmaid dresses came in and I love them, flower girl dresses on order alll I need to do for now is finalize and spell check my guest list before I hand it over to T e s s a. Other than that my new stress is making sure all funds for the wedding are ready and available. For those of you buying homes, the process is stinky, you may hit a few bumps but in the end it will be worth it. We were searching for over a year so my definate advice is do not stop until you find a deal you feel comfortable with money wise and just overall all after considering the money you would be investing and location. Its not like those shows on tv lol you will not find your dream home after 3 viewing or maybe you will if your very lucky. anyways, cheers to my new home

Congratulations!!! It's not a quick decision -- to get married OR to buy a home -- and you really have accomplished so much!!
