I'm a little sad

My roommate will be moving out this weekend

We have lived together (at 2 different places) for a total of 7 years!! I feel like we are breaking up

It is going to be a sad weekend

I know how that feels. It ****s. Have lots of tissues and ice cream on hand. Is she moving far away? If not make a plan to get together next week!

Awww...I know how you feel, went thru the same thing. We decided that I would go out when she was leaving, cause i would cry uncontrollably. We left each other notes instead, and honestly it was MUCH easier that way!!!!!!

My roomate and I are splitting up at the end of the month after sharing a townhouse for 3 years
But, on the bright side, FH and I are moving into our first house together!

Don't worry, you and your roomate will still be friends. Make sure you keep in touch....

Thanks girls!! Doesn't it stink!! She is moving to Wantaugh (like 20 minutes from me) so it's not so bad. I know we will be friends forever, I will just miss our late night talks and male bashing( ) etc. We've helped each other through some VERY tough times and I will just miss her being there everyday.

The funny thing is sometimes we didn't even see each other that much. We say that we may see each other even more now that she is moving out

I will be living alone now until the wedding at the end of Aug (although FH is there almost every night) We need to do some renovating to the apt before he actually moves in

Awww it will take some time to get used to the change. It will just take some more work to keep in touch.

I on the other cant relate...I was celebrating when the four year stint with my roomate was over. I have never been happier. But I now live with FH when before he lived an hour away.

Heather - She'll be about 20 minutes away. And yes, FH is happy, he wants to walk around in his underwear

It's so sad when such close friends have to part. But how excited are you that its almost time for FH to start MOVING IN?! You're that much closer to your BIG DAY!!
